Delivery Policy:

An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed. These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery locations and items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments. Delivery dates noted apply to orders placed by 5:00 p.m. local time and where credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 5:00 p.m. on the same business day that the order is placed. You will be notified of the estimated delivery date in a confirmation email. ( Not available if email address is not submitted.)

Adornique delivers in the continental US only. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays. Special orders will ship when they are complete. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground service. Express service is available at your request for an additional fee.

$46-$75. . . . . $12.00

$76 and over . . . $14.00

Return Policy:

We back up our products 100%. We will accept return given that the following criteria are met:

• Please contact us by email before returning an item.
• Returns must be made within 10 days from the date of receipt.
• You will be responsible for return postage.
• Item must be in its original condition.
• We will not accept any return items that are stained, damaged, or worn.
• All clothing has been thoroughly inspected prior to shipping and are free of stains, damage, or defects.

We will gladly exchange an item for different size at your request. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Adornique's policy in relation to information collected through ordering and/or any other means is to respect and protect the privacy and confidentiality of our customers. Adornique does not disclose, rent or sell email addresses or any other other information that we may receive to any third party, unless specifically requested by the customer.
